Are lithium batteries dangerous?
Yes, they are. A related question is: Are they harmful? They are only harmful if handled improperly and/or carelessly. Generally, when handled and handled correctly by qualified personnel with adequate electrical training, batteries will not cause damage to people and/or property.
If you are unfamiliar with batteries and electricity, please exercise extreme caution. If you are not familiar with the risks of using lithium batteries, electricity, and related components, do not purchase batteries or battery components from Xplorinc. First, learn more. To better understand how to use lithium batteries, Jehu recommends the book "DIY Batteries." Additionally, you can watch the hundreds of instructional videos on Jehu's YouTube channel.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 4 business days. Orders received after 4 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Turnaround times may vary due to COVID-19 restrictions or peak season. We have a small team, and we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.
Do you offer international shipping (outside the US)?
If you require international shipping, please contact one of our international partners. International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are charged by the respective countries and are beyond our control. Currently, Xplorinc does not offer direct international shipping (outside the US) and cannot ship batteries to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico.
How do I change my address?

Can I change my order?
In the rare case that an order change is necessary, please refer to our Shipping Policy page. We can usually facilitate order change requests on the same day the order is placed, provided you notify us during business hours. Requests made after hours (after 5 PM PST) and on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be processed the next business day. Not all requests can be accommodated. Some requests may incur additional fees.
Can I cancel my order?
In the rare case that an order cancellation is necessary, please refer to our Shipping Policy page. Completed and shipped orders cannot be canceled, without exception.
Do you accept returns?
Due to instances where unscrupulous individuals attempt to exploit us, we generally do not accept returns. If we decide to accept your return request, you agree to follow the instructions outlined in our Return Policy.
What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer the following shipping options:
- FedEx® Ground
- USPS Priority Mail
Can you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico?
We can ship non-battery items, but we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
