Refund Request:
In the rare event that a refund is required, please email Support@xplorinc.store and provide your full name, email address, order number, clear visual evidence of the defect (photos, videos, or both), and a detailed explanation of your refund request (reasons such as "broken," "unusable," or "my device doesn't work" are not acceptable). Without all of this information, we will not be able to process your refund request. Refunds are contingent upon the customer providing compelling visual evidence (photos, videos, or both) of their need for a refund. You agree that Xplorinc has the sole right to determine that the product is in a refundable condition. Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.
We offer a 30-day warranty on most of our own products (not third-party sellers) as a courtesy to our customers. Please note that we do not accept refunds beyond 30 days. Please note that products sold as "final sale," "untested," or "as is" are not eligible for refunds and come without any express or implied warranty. By purchasing through our website, you agree to these terms.
Customers agree to pay a minimum 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the store credit. Refunds and returns requiring additional processing and service may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. We only offer refunds in the form of store credit, less the restocking fee.
Return Requests:
Due to the risk of unscrupulous individuals attempting to exploit us, we minimize returns. We offer a 30-day warranty on most of our own merchandise (not affiliated with third-party sellers). Please note that we do not accept returns more than 30 days after the purchase date. Please note that products sold as "Final Sale," "Untested," "Condition Unknown," "For Cell Collection Only," or "As-Is" are not eligible for returns and come without any express or implied warranties.
If you can prove that a product you purchased from Xplorinc is "defective," please email Support@xplorinc.store and include your full name, email address, order number, clear visual evidence of the defect (photos, videos, or both), and a detailed explanation of your return request ("The product is damaged," "It doesn't work," "I can't use it on my device," or "I don't know how to use it" are not valid explanations). We cannot process returns without all of the above information. Returns are contingent upon the customer providing convincing visual evidence (photos, videos, or both) of their need to return the product. Xplorinc reserves the sole right to deem the product returnable.
Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage to the returned product or the public. Returns must be securely and safely packaged to prevent vibration during transport. Batteries and cells must be packaged with extreme care to prevent health hazards, including, but not limited to, discharging the battery (if fully charged) before returning it and isolating and covering any potentially hot wires. Returns that are not properly packaged will void any express or implied warranty, as the returned product may have been damaged in shipping and will no longer be eligible for a refund and/or exchange.
We will not accept returns if the product has been modified in any way by the customer. The product must be in the exact condition in which it was received. Any product that has been modified in any way by the customer is not eligible for a refund and/or exchange.
We will process returns as quickly as possible; please allow us your patience. If you would like your return to be processed within a specific timeframe, please indicate this when contacting us. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot make any guarantees.
"I don't know how to use this product" is not a valid reason for a return. Please do your due diligence before purchasing anything from Xplorinc. By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.
If you require a refund after returning an item, please note that all refunds will be issued as store credit, without exception. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Defective Returns:
If the returned product is determined to be non-defective after evaluation and/or testing by Xplorinc, the customer agrees to pay a minimum 10% restocking fee (primarily to compensate us for our time and unnecessary costs of the return shipping label) to retrieve their working product or exchange it. Returns requiring additional processing and service may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
We can only provide store credit for the returned product, less the restocking fee.
Replacement
Replacement is subject to the customer's claim being validated by Xplorinc's evaluation and/or testing. You agree that Xplorinc has the sole right to determine that the product is exchangeable. We will exchange it for an identical product. If the identical product is unavailable or out of stock, you agree to accept an equivalent substitute as a replacement. If neither the identical product nor an equivalent substitute is available, we will refund the purchase in store credit (Xplorinc gift card). Cash refunds are not available. If you would like to receive an item of higher value, please contact Support@xplorinc.store to arrange this and pay the difference. If you would like to receive an item of lower value, please contact Support@xplorinc.store to arrange this and we will refund the difference in store credit only.
"I don't know how to use this product" is not a valid reason for an exchange. Please do your due diligence before purchasing any product from Xplorinc.
