Shipping Policy
Turnaround Time:
Standard orders are typically processed and ready for shipment within 4 business days. Orders received after 4:00 PM PST will be processed the following business day. Turnaround times may vary due to inclement weather, COVID-19 restrictions, or peak season. We make every effort to complete orders as quickly as possible, so we appreciate your patience.
Note: The estimated shipping time (beside the shipping cost) does not include order processing time. Order processing time + estimated shipping time = estimated delivery time.
Domestic Shipping:
Xplorinc can ship non-battery items to the entire United States and its territories via USPS, and some batteries can be shipped to all 48 states. We cannot ship batteries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam. Please use the shipping calculator on the order and checkout pages to calculate the estimated shipping cost for your order. Please note that this is only an estimate and actual shipping costs may vary. We offer the following shipping options:
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Express Mail (delivery deadline: 3:00 PM PST)
- FedEx Ground
UPS® Ground
In some cases, we may request a custom shipping estimate. Please note that due to fluctuating shipping rates, all shipping estimates (both manual and automatically generated) are valid for only two days from the date they are provided, and we may need to recalculate the shipping estimate after that time.
PO Boxes (US)
We do not ship to PO Boxes. We only provide full business and residential addresses. If you typically receive mail at a PO Box, you will need to use your full business or residential address when shopping with Xplorinc, such as your work address, a nearby neighbor, a nearby friend, a nearby relative, etc. Before placing an order, please ensure that you have arranged to receive your package at your shipping address. Xplorinc is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Batteries cannot be shipped to PO Boxes, without exception.
International Shipping
Xplorinc only offers direct shipping within the United States. Xplorinc cannot ship batteries directly to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico. While we cannot ship directly to international addresses, you can order some of our products using a shipping service like Shipito and have them shipped to your international address. You, the customer, are solely responsible for ensuring that each item you ship via any shipping service is not a "prohibited item." Most shipping companies maintain a list of prohibited items that they will not ship, so we strongly recommend that you consult with them before attempting to ship any item. Xplorinc is not responsible for any issues you may have with shipping prohibited items via any shipping service.
Please visit our international affiliates; they may be able to ship to your country. Please keep in mind that international orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes imposed by the respective country, and these duties and taxes are beyond Xplorinc's control.
Less-Than-Truck (LTT) Shipments:
We can handle LTL shipments upon request. Please email Support@xplorinc.store for an LTL shipping quote. We need answers to the following questions:
Is this delivery to a residential address?
Do you have a loading dock and forklift?
Do you need a truck with a liftgate to lower the shipment to the ground?
Can the shipment be left on the street in front of the delivery address, or does the driver need to move the shipment indoors?
Do you need a delivery appointment scheduled at a precise time?
Do you need a call before your shipment arrives?
Do you need a guaranteed delivery date and time?
If you have your own LTL carrier, we can arrange for your truck to pick up your shipment from our store in 91730, free of charge. Please email Support@xplorinc.store for our store address, schedule, and more information. Please note that due to fluctuating shipping rates, LTL shipping estimates are only valid for two days from the date we issue them, after which we will need to recalculate the custom shipping estimate.
Order Change or Cancellation Requests
In the unlikely event that you need to change or cancel an order, please email Support@xplorinc.store and include your full name, email address, reason for the change request, and order number. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to process your order change or cancellation request. We cannot change or cancel orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped. If we are able to cancel or change an order after fulfillment, a 10% restocking fee will apply. Order changes may require a custom shipping quote that differs from the original shipping quote to accommodate the newly added products. Please keep in mind that due to fluctuating shipping rates, custom shipping estimates are only valid for 2 days from the date we send them, and we will need to recalculate the custom shipping estimate after 2 days.
Address Change Requests:
To change your address, please email Support@xplorinc.store and include your full name, email address, and order number. We cannot process address change requests without this information. If the package has already been shipped or delivered, a $25 address change fee will apply. Address changes may require a custom shipping quote that differs from the original quote. Please note that due to fluctuating shipping costs, custom shipping quotes are only valid for 2 days from the date we send them. After 2 days, we will need to recalculate the custom shipping quote.
Combined Shipping
Our shipping setup is designed to maximize your savings. Therefore, we are generally unable to offer custom shipping combinations. If combined shipping is possible, we will do so at our discretion. Please note that for safety reasons, battery shipping regulations do not allow us to combine certain battery shipments.
